Depends on the individuals logic I would think. Ok I just invested 50 k and now I have only 4 k. One would have to ask why they bought this in the first place. If nothing has changed and in the words of Warren Buffet,(if it turns you on, buy it) If that sentiment has changed then it is obvious what needs to be done.

I once had invested in a similar stock (in terms of where it was heading) and in the beginning I decided to sit the ride out. Turnarounds where promised almost on a daily basis. But when they did fall more and more and it seemed like it was the choice, let them have all my money or take the last $1000 out and try something new, I decided to do the last. The chart was looking similar to GERS and the MM kept on promising great revenues. But since I left the stock kept on falling, and once in a while investors still fall for it.
