I don't disagree with anything you wrote, but the company is still receiving $35 million cash/equity, correct?

They sold Phytosphere and pumped the stock, mostly likely selling hard into it as well to pay for all the promotion, etc. we've been seeing.

I'm also guessing Dixie isn't profitable and taking losses beyond the MJNA balance sheet.



However, MJNA has $35 million in cash/equity coming in as markets open, allowing MJNA to fund the expansion of Dixie (and other products/projects) into new markets and ideally, profitability. They also keep a close tie with Phytosphere for discounting their oil stream.


I absolutely agree about the shady reporting and MJNA is taking a deserved beating. Still doesn't change the potential at all.
