Just curious of this statement in the court document. It states Waterton had the highest or otherwise best bid for the assets. Could this mean there are more terms or agreements? Makes it seem like it didn't have to just be the highest bidder.

Based on everything I've read, they are a better mining company than Gryphon Gold... and I am pretty sure that Waterton did a JV with them.
