I can make this real simple for you - call counsel for Rodeo Creek, or call the monitor in Canada, and ask if the auction results mean that GBG shareholders are now in a JV with Waterton on the Hollister property. I'm guessing you will here a short pause, possibly a giggle, followed by a definitive 'no'.

Biggest difference AFAIK is that GBG, namely their subsidary Rodeo Creek Gold, filed for Bankruptcy protection in Nevada.

Definite outcome on May 2nd:
- Nevada bankruptcy court takes most, if not all, of the money from the sale
- Waterton Global takes control of Hollister

Possible outcome after May 2nd:
- Waterton Global and GBG announce a JV to develop and expand Hollister mine, now owned by Waterton Global, and also a JV for Burnstone mine which the BRP is ammended to keep according to whatever rules the South African courts allow

Pretty sure that is a possible outcome anyways. Just really depends on how much Hollister sold for...

"no reason for Finbar to be posting on here unless he has some motive." Exactly.
