Mark this post.Pfizer has a loser case and they know it.This is just a legal ploy to delay,destory a maimed tiny Intellect company and its shareholders to try and gain a edge.
Its there business practice along with all major players in the business world.
The longer this goes on the more damage is caused by there breach of the contractual agreement.That to me means more dollars for the company and even if Pfizer settles or its goes to a full blown trial they lose lose.
IMO when they breached the contract it opened them to many other possible lawsuits (shareholders)!
