This is a 2 penny stock with a small market cap. Even a dilutuion to 1 billion shares a 10 or 20 cent goal is justifiable before year end.

If the company was able to turn 500 million shares at an average 0.06 the company earned 30 million to put on the bottom line. Actual cost to company would be zero and shareholders would be dilution by half. Their willingness to retire shares, and 100 million of even 1 billion is meaningful, the shareholders will reap benefits. The buyback looks all the more bullish as the stock drops and the company can retire maybe twice as many shares as expected.
