Monkey I think that was a misstatement and I think they meant their SEC attorney suggests the move..I agree the SEC is not pressuring them...

monkeyfrog How are you? Just a clarification on one point I think I can address fairly confident that it is the facts. It is indeed the Attorney that is helping them prepare their filing for a legitimate board that is "putting pressure"on then and not the SEC. I think this pressure is more of a " make this your friggin priority right now" nothing is much more important than that listing for credibility and PPS appreciation. I think that is the Attorney position and I agree completely..wouldn't it be nice to terminate about 80% of Q's and misinformation here with such a step..MWC..ps have a good weekend all

Monkeyfrog, I was told by Mike that the company's "SEC ATTORNEY" is pushing them to become a reprting company mainly because of progas deal. PBLS "SEC ATTORNIES" told them this not the SEC. Maybe stushy misunderstood what he was told. I had my conversation with Mike before Stushy did and I've posted that here on IHUB if you wish to look it up.
