Yes, and in the past the opposite has been true. A wise investor will not make judgements based on short-term price movement but rather weighs all the evidence from a variety of sources, casting those of doubtful merit aside.

As ever, people should do their own due diligence to filter the signal from the noise.

why do you think so it is happening? if commons move, the pfds would move to $25,RV. So $5 is actully lower.

also few pennis up is exploding? it went down many many pennies, what would you call that? i need to understand the stock fundmentals that you base $100 on? these few pennies up and down on a daily basis is just noise.
