Yhea tda won't allow alot of penny stocks. I have scottrade & tda. I leveraged tda against scottrade. I know pay a flat rate of 9.95 at scottrade with no 1/2% commission. I use the sink or swim platform from tda for my L2 & just trade with scottrade. I will use tda in the future fore certain stocks. Not CTDT tho
