Yes and no. On the contract on the south shore, Global is getting 50% fromteh government. ON the contrct in Unta Cana, the association is getting 50% and then that is split to GME, just like it was for DPBE, so on that one the answer is no. ONe yes contract, and one no contract for 50%. :-)
