Why the hell did NAVB need to sell more shares to JPM at this rock bottom price? Is JPM shorting behind our back and wanted the shares to cover? They have plenty of money in the bank and LS proceeds coming within a month, it's already on sale. This is a VERY questionable move in my view! They also sold 1.54M shares to JPM in January - is JPM trying to take a 10% position in order to take them private or what?
