Per my previous post last year they issued 33 m shares. If only 30% of these were dumped, that's about 10m shares being supplied to market. But there's little doubt that as of today Swedes own min 55% (60% acc to JF) of the 100m shares outstanding at the end of last year, so they bought at least 25m last year. Plus 5-8m min from other groups and individuals. Many of us tripled and quadrupled their position last year and HB/ Jan's group went from 5m to about 12m last year IMO. Those are all REAL shares that were bought by and are held in strong hands, not phantom or HTF shares that were traded. So where did that 30m+ supply come from if not from financing shares? Even Solomon as the largest s/h has only 12.5m shares which he still had on Dec31, 2012. I can't make sense of Solomon's 25-30% estimate to be honest. If that number was meant for some of the new shares issued this year, I would believe it.

Could all of this be because of MM manipulation, or is Solomon wrong?

Solomon is overlooking an important aspect. You can condition humans or animals just after 2 or 3 events. SIAF shareholders have taken a major hit FIVE TIMES in the past 18 months. I would not be surprised if the recent sell-off wasn't caused by dumpers at all. Just traders taking profits, "knowing" that the dumpers could hit us at any time. Simply put, we are paying the price for how the stock has been treated in the past. A lot of damage has been done and I already said it - it will be harder to recover every time. We are not robots. Even today, you don't see any buyers even though the dumpers have been absent for 4 days. It's almost like the market is in a state of learned helplessness with respect to SIAF.

Manipulation MY ARSE.
