There is no article that states that. GERS lawsuits against other infringing ethanol plants are alive and making legal progress. Any post that talks about the lawsuits being dropped is a lie! GERS has stated in their 10-k for two years in a row that any other company who infringes on their patents (like PEIX) can expect to join that list.
