in the announcement it says that she remains with the company in charge or reporting and maintaining all legal aspects of reporting.

The announcement states that she will only remain on board to manage the 10-Q thru the filing of it expected next month. She is not staying on in any permanent capacity.

I am sure she is leaving. If you read these comments: She is staying on till May 15

Ellen Cohl will remain Vringo`s Principal Accounting Officer through the filing of the Company`s quarterly report for the first quarter of 2013 on Form 10-Q on or before May 15, 2013.

Then read her comments, past tense "has been":
