No, you didn't. But you didn't refer to it as an SA article in your original post - you called it a PR:

PR is a press release - put out by CTIX. So the implication was that Leo and the company put something else out. Sent me scrambling for a few minutes trying to find what you were referring to. Not a big deal, but that's why Dr.F and others assumed you were referring to a press release and not an SA article.

Funny how you don't extend the courtesy of an opinion to me, like it or not.

The CEO's responsibility is to keep investors informed. Large cap companies have IR for that, under the CEO, and will produce up to several PRs a week. The purpose is to keep the company at the forefront, "puff pieces" and all. Why would a small cap with a CEO writing PRs be held to a different standard is beyond me.
