yes S discussed that twice when another caller and myself asked him about the 50 Leonie restaurants to be opened within a 1-2 year time frame. There will be several concepts, from "mobile" units (not sure what he means, maybe a van type restaurant selling fish &fries and icecream?) to fast-food type restaurants to more upscale sit-in ones, each catering to a different customer type and even ethnicity. He even said in a chinese city like Guangzhou, there are all kind of neighborhoods and quarters with different ethnic groups working or living, and you have to tailor your food menu to their taste... But he thinks that by the end of 2013 we will have about half of the targeted 50 restaurants built, including the many smaller and cheaper locations.
