Wrong. Straight from the Voting Instruction Form.
"If no direction is made, this Voting Instruction Form will be voted "FOR" each of the nominated directors and "FOR" the remaining proposals."
I voted 380, 000 "FOR". I tried calling the law firm, and got no answers.

sweetdreams you are incorrect, if you didn't vote it is the same as a yes vote , I just reread my paper work , so maybe you are also misinformed in how the voting went I hope .
