FTM, this CTO was meant to keep the agreement between UTSW and PPHM from being disclosed for an extra 3 years (2016).

However the text was disclosed on April 15, 2013 as originally intended by this CTO.

This new CTO was approved on April 23, 2013, 8 days to late because the text of that 8-K was already disclosed here.

Possibly (not sure) this new CTO protects the missing parts (the numbers where the text had place-holders).
