My own opinion, there are plenty that know this waiting game (as you do as well I'm sure). And those that have some cash on the sidelines if this dips to certain support levels. 1.25 - 1.40's IF 1.50's break. Get the news we're waiting for i'll take a bit more on the way up.

Question about Aspire, if they are buying shares on the open market, how does that benefit CTIX? If CTIX is selling the shares directly to Aspire, then what does the public PPS have to do with Aspires PPS?
