Hi sb, it's only a violation if they filed an NI 43-101 and didn't supply the info needed. Giving a technical report that was not a NI 43-101 but some of was prepared to the guidelines, but not all....(because it was not an NI 43-101) Then why do they have to give all the NI 43-101 data? Just wait until they actually file an NI 43-101.

There is a difference between a technical report with NI 43-101 guidelines and an NI 43-101. Certainly we would expect more form the latter....

This point has been beaten to death and doesn't mean a thing.
