Haven't they already filed for appeal on laches and past damages? I believe Google has also field for appeal already. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Red Angus, thank you very much, I did not loose my noodles after all. I think there is a lot of monies to be collected if I/P is successful in wining the appeal. Does anyone have an idea as to how much i involved in the latches from 2005 til now? it would be nice to know. Thank you Red, let's hope that is the icing on the cake.
