IMO, one of two things will occur here by May 15th:

Huh? One starts with:

and if the company can not address the issues found by the SEC, the reaction is: Who cares it's not "do or die"??? Well actually it is "do or die". Either Reid "does", or the SEC will run him out of the market in the next 2-3 years.

How bad can greys really be if we're testing pre-suspension levels, and without news even?

Now that's the real game - speculation. Agreed, it has been demonstrated this stock needs absolutely no news. Not today, not this week, not even in the coming 2-3 years. The PPS can go to wherever it wants to go based purely on poster speculation.
