You left out that you are talking about the revision of a lie. Lying being a form of intended deception; making a false statement with intention to decieve. Ken qualifies. Revision; act of revising, and in Ken's(CEO/KATX) case that would be revising a lie in the S-1. This is done by either omitting in its entireity or revising the lie to make it correct. Anyway you look at it, it all starts with Ken's lies. No Ken Lie No Revision...BINGO..(also post # 216655)
