I said specifically that it lists Vincent as Director and CEO. It lists Vincent as part of Executive Management, as a Director and as the only one labeled "CEO" of the bunch.

A public company has to have a CEO

This does not list Vincent Mehdizadeh as CEO of Medbox.

Although it pains me, I have to agree with FTW here. The PR lists Vincent as a Board Member only for MDBX, but notes his position of CEO of PVM, which apparently is the only Vending Machine company in the world that has nothing to do with vending machines!
