Can't see that happening. i believe the price would have to be no less than 80 cents for a buyout. and at this moment the company is not in a position to command 80 cents.
My thoughts and projections are that yes, we will eventually get bought out, but Mr. Lorsch will not let go quickly, or on the cheap. Too much time and effort has been exerted here to date.
As I have stated before, my projections would be in the July 2014 range, but if revenues are banging away, Mr. Lorsch will command a very nice premium, or just sit longer on this pot of gold.
