Great find, especiallly given yesterdays debate between APD/Success and Koko regarding Cornell shorting. The date of the investigation starting and Cornell knowing is also significant. More likely Cornell is minding it p's and q's in the application of their funding agreement with Neomedia.
I am not sure however what the end result is with respect to Cornell being able to short. I read it as a 'no' based on their potentially knowing confidential info. Anyone?
