It's because you have a turd sitting on the ask which would take $15k to clear out. The moron doesn't have the guts to just sell at the bid. Also, apparently they have no idea what they have and are willing to give it away. LOL.

this is typical of a stock with bad past, few people following, low volume and huge position from long term bagholders... Anyone lightning his position (with a large gain) isn't match by buyers... Especially if buyers things it is going down as Pr's are having no effect on the share price for the moment.

Look at today's action... someone unloading... if I was buyer today I would have the choice:
1) hit the ask. I am in... Has to be done by long term investor who believe any price within current range is a gift
2) sit on the bid and wait the seller lower its ask... could miss the opportunity but last month price action seems to indicate is is worth trying.
3) scare the seller by withdrawing the bid offer.... seller lowering, lowering, lowering... and then suddenly buy the cheap shares...

IMHO this is the game....
