What they were working on in the U.S. was their "Final Solution" on how to rid themselves of debt they owed Bank of America, U.S. Wal-Mart, Sears and U.S. employees and be able to survive. Hopefully the class action suits get to grab assets of the people that ripped the shareholders and employees of their monies. Getting my 401k money was simple enough. Just pay my 20% tax penalty and 10% early withdrawal penalty plus I had them take 5% for state taxes out and I will pay the house off.
