It costs money to maintain a public company, a lot of money.
The Group believes if they devalue the PPS so much, Management will just sell cheap, because it will cost too much to maintain and there is no upside. The have already made offers at different PPS points, which management rejected, and if they hadn't, all retail investors would have been wiped out.
Management is on the retail investors side, and proves it time and time again.
If the Group sells too fast, the SEC and other shareholders will bust them, so they bleed it slowly and try to blame a fantastic Management team that has created a great company.
We all know this should be trading much higher, but its tough when Group shares are constantly being leaked, and they sell into any positive news hard. There are other reasons and tactics they use, but the source of PPS trouble is the Group.
Is there a solution? Yes.. I won't give any advantage away by spelling it out here.
