An estimate to bring IENT up to date on financials will run around $50K. Those funds are better spent on launching the new game.
IENT has over 20 sponsors under contract and they are paying to have their products included in the games.
You call it a P&D - if you want to see a P&D in the gaming industry take a look at OBJE. It is a failed blue jean manufacturer that did a R/S last fall and morphed into a gaming company. It was at .28 when they did a series of fluff PRs and it ran to $2.10 on nothing. They have debt from their clothing company failure along with convertible notes.
JW Stealey founded IENT, took it public and then sold to a venture company. They destroyed it, failed to update the games or produce new ones. JW and a group of friends from YPO (Young Presidents Organization - http://www.ypo.org/) got together and bought IENT back. He has spent years cleaning up the debts and mess. This is his baby and he is now the Chairman of the Board.
JW Stealey and his wife Denise. This is what the COB should look like!
These are his games!
