The only investment opportunity that this company has provided to its shareholders over this last year is that of a very handsome tax write off, and correct me if Im wrong on this but isnt Sony also facing a lawsuit or 2 over its use of Mediamax????????? what company in their right mind is going to take the risk of using Mediamax before those suits come to a conclusion 1 way or the other in regards to Mediamax, Id be surprised if Sonys own attorneys arent telling them to hold back on releasing anymore protected disks until there is a clearer indication which way this is going to go, and even more dangerous is the fact that, so far, these are all state level cases, they may actually have to wait until they can get something up into Fed court before they have any ruling that provides a clear path that should fly in all US jurisdictions.
