That sounds like one of those stories, where my uncles, aunts-brother in law had this grandma who owned 50% of this company that her great grandpa passed down to his great grandson who owned 20% of the company which in turn have 40% of his shares to his divorced wife which was kin to her brother in law.

BBDA manufacture, promotes and distributes KU.

Technically, they pay to have it manufactured. They don't have any manufacturing facilities.

They promote it, but just bought 40% of a marketing company - that was registered as a corporation at the same address they are a month ago.

They distribute it but partner with distributors all the time?

DLR owns the patents for KU and the other products.

They own the trademarks. There are no patents. Important info - because that means BBDA does not own or control the only potentially valuable and recognizable element of the products. Any larger entity looking to buy them will not be buying anything from BBDA.

Are you confused yet.

Don't forget there is also RaceFumes LLC, which owns the komaunwind.com domain. Wholly owned Bebevco Holdings, which owns the building they occupy, Bebida Beverage of NYC LLc, and probably half a dozen more.

By the time any money that gets made is done being handed back and forth among all these companies and the rest gets blown on racing (and excused as branding/marketing), it seems there's not a whole lot left.
