Company has no debt, fully financed with operations till end of the year, patents, entering a deficient market where demand exceeds supply 3:1 with viable/proven tech - about to leave developmental stage status, 18.98M float, 73M O/S, No real resistance till .40 (if you wanna look at tiny pit-stops, then there are a few: .10, .14. .31)

1.2M shares of stock purchased Jun 5, 2012 @ .50 per share

1.2M warrants to purchase @ .75 per share, expiring Jun 5, 2014

And many many (undoubtedly BIGGER) things going in the background at this point. IMO
