wow... i must admit, this is also pretty hilarious.

No idea and I really don't care who shows up in court or when they show up.

considering what a VM settlement will do for the share price, i'd think even the most bearish among us would be keeping an eye on the case.

after all --- no one really knows when this case could settle. it could happen in a matter of days.
