Higher Value? Cheap Catalyst? No expensive Energy? Then why aren't they making money?

JBII makes higher value diesel fuel. Successfully passed a stack test already. Has a cheap catalyst to deal with environmental concerns instead of expensive equipment like others. Finally, and this is big, JBII uses its off has to run the system instead of outside expensive energy like others.
