Well what we learned from the latest CEO blog post is that Ecolocap is planning to build a facility to produce 1.5 million liters of D-20 M-fuel. Correct me if I'm wrong but all the placed share funds went to current operations since they didn't make any funds (except the 200k from FEI to secure their right to distribute M-fuel). Therefore, they still have funding issues, but we are speculating that MS might already have something lined up with a bank/firm so the funds won't come at the shareholders' expense. I don't have any information on the funding but just feel that MS wouldn't have posted the latest info if there weren't any developments.
