SO what you are saying is that the company hasn't been approved for such a simple filing as to increase its authorized. This would mean that the Company is now UNABLE to secure any NEW funding as it has maxed out its authorized at 500,000,000 shares.

SO HOW DOES the company bring in NEW funding and HOW will the company survive without ANY money?

What exactly is it that people are investing in, please explain why someone should invest in this company.
