WHEN STEVE SAYS SO...he filed as majority of officers/directors or those holding 5% or more...so between Vuoozo and Steve they held majority...all other shareholders apparently do not get a common share vote....so by this means Steve could r/s this and no one gets a say...MRL is disputing the majority or shareholder vote( along with several other claims) but it doesn't seem like anything is being reversed. SO look like authorized has been granted by state of CO.
