A PO Box AT A UPS STORE is the ONLY LOCATION for THIS company. SK3 Group claims to have ACQUIRED this PHANTOM COMPANY and even SK3 is only found in a VIRTUAL OFFICE in Miami, Fl and a phone number that gets answered by a receptionist who has always claimed people are in a meeting.

DEMAND PROOF OF MEDICALGREENS!!!!!! We all know the TERRIBLE HISTORY OF SK3 GROUP.

Where are the DISCLOSURES(per TWEETS) filed? On a post-it note in the ladies bathroom at their REGUS VIRTUAL OFFICE in Miami where they are in a perpetual meeting? LOL

"SK3 also reports that it has registered with the disclosure services of OTC Markets and is preparing its financial statements for calendar years 2011 and 2012 which will be filed along with the required company disclosures, to return it to full public information disclosure status. It is anticipated that the financial statements and company information with be filed next week."

They ANTICIPATED that the filing would be next week but now the TWEETS say they will START AUDITING? REALLY? How could they ANTICIPATE filing THEN START AUDITING? These PRs are full of deceit! IMO

Same stunt that SK3 pulled back in 2011
