I find it difficult to believe that EXPU would make large free shipments when they seem incapable of filling paying customers individual orders.

But I am sure good ole Alf will figure something out.

Free? That is a deceiving way to think the college students are getting a freebie. The college has it figured out and not losing money. It comes out of the students tuition somehow. There is hardly anything truly free anymore.
