Do you really think guys of this calibration would risk jail time. I don't. They aren't that stupid. Jeff Benz is a well versed attorney. So throwing federal law into the MedicalGreens scenario doesn't do any good on this one.

Right now they risk NO JAIL time. I seriously doubt they will because I don't think the grow house will see the light of day.

They can always claim federal law prevents them from enacting their plans.

It doesn't appear to me that they are going breaking any laws here...state or federal.

Do some DD. Large gardens are being seized by the feds. Now you can claim MG won't be growing it, but the collectives will.

Allow your property to be used to run a casino, which may violate federal law. See what happens when you claim......I ain't running it. Your property would be seized just like cars and boats are with drug dealers.

Federal law prohibits the use of state law as a defense. Cultivating marijuana, even for medical purposes is against federal law.......PERIOD.
