Stervc, My thoughts are exactly correct - as I stated the financials are not vetted and they are not "audited" in any way. You are 100% incorrect if you believe they have the manpower to check the accuracy of the financials.

It is pretty funny that you feel reviewing the format somehow verifies the accuracy of the financials:

They might not review the "content" of what is filed in its entirety because it's not up to them to challenge the validity of what is filed by a company, but they do review the "format" of what is filed to make sure it is in the proper format and that some of the basics are not out of the ordinary.

That is only the most important part of financials - how accurate are they and have they been "cooked".

Hey stervc, while doing your DD why don't you post a address and phone number for Medical Greens. Also, I can't seem to find which state they are registered as a Corp or LLC. I can't find where they have been doing business in California.

So far since March 11th no one has been able to find a footprint of Medical Greens.
