That's absurd. The reason you don't have a MMJ company on the big boards is because unlike the OTC they have minimum requirements.

One being audited financials. Another being actual revenues and/or cash on hand.

MMJ is an infant that still has HUGE legal battle and political battles. State votes mean nothing.
