I went back and read the email chain again today and came to the same conclusion. However in my Google searches I'm pretty sure he testified at trial since his name came up in the court transcripts.

I can't believe they requested a delay on 822 because of that schedule. It has zero bearing on post judgement royalties. I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up as a motion and granted.

Imo, if May 18th you are no show, F that! tough luck, lets move on.

as for MSFT, they are waiting to see if Google is really "infringed!" with all pending/final ruling from HJJ before theirs next moves even they agree to talk now is still w/ uncertainty for us if they are ready to pay, but at least they are smarter.

Additional to April 30th 1st day trading on NASDAQ...Vringo will surprise us that morning, i see.
