My believe is, and I've said this before, that HJJ doesn't want to let Vringo get an easy win here. He wants to give Google every opportunity to defend themselves here, and he will.

Yes it stinks to high heaven. It's a corrupt world. This is playing out like the last John Grisham novel I read where a corrupt judge from Richmond is on the take and gets murdered. I'm long here, but it has been the most frustrating investment in my portfolio.

Disallowance of GOOG being able to rebut Becker's figures on base income in the trial was heavily in VRNG's favor
Ruling against GOOG's motion to dismiss entire trial was in VRNG's favor......
