If there is equity financing, whatever price they buy, sets the tone for the PPS... Should the tone be similar to $0.50 like in summer of 2012, (think it will be much higher, as that was WAY before when company didn't even know any of it is viable) then expect MULTI DOLLAR move NORTH...
