The block sells do not indicate anyone or entity is buying millions.
The MM selling for major holders just show BLOCK trades, which are usually just a bunch of flip traders buying low packaged as BLOCKS.
It's high risk, but they normally control their exposure and only buy a few, but hope to make a high % gain.
It's extremely risky when millions are being dumped though, and the
down trend is in full force.
