Ya,I know what it means, and I also know how long, at times it takes to get all the I's dotted and the T's crossed. When your in the business WRIT is, you are usually dealing with lawyers who represent all facits of the production, who, by the way have huge egos, and are trying to justify there positions, and retainer fees they are paid. If you are in it to win it,you better stay in it, or buy in as soon as possible. Just my opinion, of course. Everyone should do there own DD.
