First off let me preface this by saying that I am a long-shareholder here, but in my opinion, their office is clearly a virtual office as evidenced by the fact that their address is for a virtual office in miami: http://www.regus.com/locations/virtual-office/florida-miami-brickell-bayview

So I am quite confident that the phone calls are just going to a virtual receptionist and that these guys are not really there in a meeting.

With that said, we need the financials released today. If you want to be a legit company you do not try and use tricky language like "anticipate" to get out of filing when you say you are going to. Unfortunately this is what penny stocks do time and time again. I hope they make it out by the end of the day or I will be reconsidering my position.

Well, this supposed call put the kibosh on the idea that the "DREAM TEAM" had not woke up from their peaceful slumber in LA. LOL

The earlier thought of no financials because the west coast sleepy heads had not put their slippers on nor had their morning coffee would be nixed if they are actually in their MIAMI Virtual Office and in a meeting. OH! I have it! The Miami Virtual Office is just answering phones and forwarding the calls to LA. See, I could write their stories too. I wonder if they need a PR person. Hey DREAM TEAM, send me a PM, let's talk. LOL

The SK3 Group has done this on purpose just to keep investors guessing and make things hard to track.

Their other ticker isn't doing well either. Their should drop that one and stick to the marijuana hype. IMO
