A PIECE OF PAPER is the single most important documentation trigger in the whole system! It is NOT ignored. The fact that there IS an incoming FAX (to and from) is registered in Phone Lugs which can be dumped/subpoened, and is a form of "record" that is outside the control of the ANY MGMT, including Lawyer Alfers led management.
A written communique, regardless of delivery method, has to be logged in. It has to be filed. It has to be kept on hand.
It has power.
It needs to be used wisely b/c of the power of a physical, written format. Said writing languaging should be within the phrasing of GIVING NOTICE and not rise to the level of any threat. THREATS can and do backfire.
Not implying you are threatening. That sounds to me like you are GIVING NOTICE.
